由即日(2024年9月1日)起Poly(Plantronics)品牌產品提供全新的售後服務,客戶可於網站上直接提交檢查維修申請!只需先於網站註冊個人帳戶,然後提交一個維修申請後將會由Poly廠方直接安排上門收件及更換等事宜,一般提交申請後約1-2個工作天便會有速遞上門收取壞機返回廠方及更換,期間客戶亦可隨時登入個人帳戶追蹤進度,既方便快捷,又可減少到服務點排隊的輪候時間!
