Refund policy

退款政策

1 除非另有說明,否則本公司一概不接受任何退貨或換貨申請。請您在下單前仔細閱讀退換貨政策。

2 若您收到的商品在非您過失的情況下出現瑕疵、損壞、與訂購內容不符,或所收到商品數量錯誤,您可於收貨後七(7)個工作天內申請退貨或換貨,惟需符合以下條件:

  • 2.1 符合本公司退換貨政策;

  • 2.2 商品未曾使用,並保持銷售時的全新狀態,連同所有原配件一併退回(包括說明書、證書、標籤、吊牌、消耗品、手提袋及包裝盒);

  • 2.3 商品外包裝必須與您收貨時的狀態一致、完好無損。

3 退款僅會退回至原付款方式。我們無法將退款轉帳至其他信用卡或銀行帳戶。

4 您同意並接受,換貨服務將視乎商品存貨情況而定。

5 您同意並接受,商品是否可被退換將由供應商全權決定。本公司概不接受任何直接退貨,亦不會就此承擔任何責任或賠償。

6 如退款申請獲接納,我們將按原付款方式退還款項,惟會扣除信用卡手續費 3.5%。退款一經處理,您的付款服務提供商將保留其交易手續費,該費用將由客戶自行承擔。

7 請注意以下退貨要求:

  • 所退商品必須為全新且未曾使用;

  • 商品需附有完整標籤與吊牌,並以原包裝退回;

  • 商品未曾拆封,封條完好無缺;

  • 請勿在未經客服電郵確認的情況下自行寄回商品;

  • 購物附送之贈品/配件亦須一併退回,且須保持原始狀態;

  • 戒指量尺屬於消耗品,概不接受退貨或退款;

  • 商品須由客戶自行寄回或送回本公司辦公室,並自負運費及途中風險;

  • 請備妥購買證明以供核對。

8 請預留數個工作天以供退款顯示於原付款帳戶,具體時間將依據各銀行處理流程而定。若您在收到我們的退款確認電郵後 14 至 28 個工作天內仍未見退款入帳,請聯絡您的發卡銀行查詢。

 

Refund policy

Once the online payment process is completed, no returns or refunds will be accepted. Please carefully review the return and exchange policy and verify all product details, including model, specifications, and price, before placing your order.

 

2 Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within seven(7) working days of receipt if the merchandise you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the merchandise are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, provided that:

  • 2.1 the returns or exchanges policy applies;
  • 2.2 the merchandise are unused and in the condition originally sold together with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes;
  • 2.3 the packaging of the merchandise must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you

 
3 Please be aware that refunds will be conducted via the payment method initially used only. We are unable to issue a refund to a different card or bank account.

4 You agree and accept that merchandise is acceptable for exchange subject to stocks availability.

5 You agree and accept that it will be at the supplier’s sole discretion whether the merchandise is accepted for return or exchange. Under no circumstances will we accept the return of any merchandise directly to us or be held liable for your damages for whatever reasons.

6 If Payment return is valid, We’ll refund the payment method that you paid minus the credit card handling fee of 3.5%. When refunds are processed on our end, your payment provider will retain their 3.5% in transaction fees. This fee will be borne by the customer to process the refund.

Please note the following requirements to our return policy:

  • Returned item(s) must be new and unused.
  • Returned items must have labels and tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must be unopened, and any seal must be intact.
  • Do not ship the item(s) back to us unless our customer service has requested you to do so via email confirmation.
  • Gifts/items received with the purchase must also be returned in original condition.

  • Ring sizing kit are considered consumables and are not eligible for return or refund.

  • You are to ship or deliver the item(s) back to our office at your own cost. We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping.
  • Have the proof of purchase ready for verification.

8 Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on the account you used to purchase, depending on your bank’s processing time. If you are unable to identify a refund transaction within 14-28 - business days of receiving your confirmation email from us, please contact your bank. 

Terms & Conditions

Once a product has been opened or activated, it cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of hardware malfunction.
