運送政策
標準送貨服務（僅限香港地區）
送貨服務適用於商業及住宅地址。不接受郵政信箱及郵政編碼。 除特別活動另有說明外，運費如下： 每筆訂單將收取港幣 $30 元的運費。
我們僅向香港指定地區提供送貨服務。
送貨服務不適用於離島地區（機場、馬灣、愉景灣及東涌除外），以及禁區或禁止貨車進入的區域。 備註： 偏遠地區將收取額外服務費。請點擊此處查看偏遠地區列表。詳情請點擊此處。
送貨方式
送貨時間將安排於星期一至星期五。
農曆新年首兩天、當八號或以上颱風信號、或黑色暴雨警告信號生效時，將不提供送貨服務。 物流合作夥伴： 順豐速運 / 早晨快信 預計送貨時間為寄出後 1 至 4 個工作天。
每日訂單截單時間： 星期一至星期五下午 4:00。
星期六、星期日及香港公眾假期除外。實際寄出時間可能因庫存情況而有所不同。
於截單時間前提交的訂單將於當天寄出；於截單時間後提交的訂單將於下一個工作天處理。
惡劣天氣下的送貨安排
若八號或以上颱風信號、紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號生效，或快遞公司判定天氣狀況不安全而無法送貨，送貨服務將會順延。
重要注意事項

若客戶提供錯誤的送貨地址或聯絡資料，送貨時間可能會受到影響或延誤。

我們將透過我們的員工或第三方物流服務供應商，按照您在訂單中提供的送貨地址進行送貨。您同意在收貨時應要求出示有效的身份證明文件。當產品送達您提供的地址後，即視為成功簽收及接受。若您未能收貨，您同意並接受我們保留向您收取額外重發費用或選擇取消訂單的權利。

除非另有說明，我們將盡一切商業上合理的努力，在確認訂單後七（7）個工作天內完成送貨。

若我們未能於說明的寄出或送貨時間內完成送貨，我們將向您通知進度。您同意並接受，在任何情況下，我們均不接受因該等延誤而提出的取消訂單或退款要求。

產品一旦送達給您，產品的所有權即轉移給您。自該時刻起，您將承擔與產品相關的所有風險。我們對送貨後產品的任何損失或損壞概不負責。

我們保留因包括但不限於我們全權酌情決定的任何因素，而拒絕或取消送貨的權利。
如有任何爭議，Leader Radio Technologies Ltd. 保留最終決定權。
Shipping policy
Standard Delivery Service (Only for Hong Kong Region)Delivery is available to commercial and residential addresses. P.O. boxes and postal codes are not accepted.
Unless otherwise specified for special campaigns, the delivery charges are as follows:

A delivery fee of HKD $30 will be charged per shipment.

We only provide delivery service to designated areas in Hong Kong.

Delivery service is not available to outlying islands (except Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung), as well as restricted areas or regions where trucks are prohibited.

Delivery Method

Deliveries will be arranged from Monday to Friday.

No deliveries will be made on the first two days of Lunar New Year, or when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.

Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Daily order cut-off time: 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays are excluded. Actual dispatch time may vary depending on stock availability.

Orders placed before the cut-off time will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Arrangement During Severe Weather
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, or if the courier company determines that weather conditions are unsafe for delivery, the delivery service will be postponed.

If customers provide incorrect delivery or contact information, delivery time may be affected or delayed.

We will deliver according to the delivery address provided in your order, either through our staff or a third-party logistics service provider. You agree to present a valid identity document upon request at the time of receipt. Once the product is delivered to the address you provided, it will be deemed as successfully received and accepted. If you are unable to receive the product, you agree and accept that we reserve the right to charge additional fees for re-delivery or choose to cancel the order.

Unless otherwise stated, we will make all commercially reasonable efforts to complete delivery within seven (7) working days after order confirmation.

If we are unable to complete delivery within the stated dispatch or delivery time, we will inform you of the progress. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept order cancellation or refund requests due to such delays.

Once the product is delivered to you, ownership of the product transfers to you. From that point, you bear all risks related to the product. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the product after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery for reasons including but not limited to any factors determined at our sole discretion.
In the event of any dispute, Leader Radio Technologies Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.
