After Sales
Within 7 days after purchase: Customers are entitled to free repair and inspection services. Customers must bring the warranty sticker, the original purchase invoice, and the product to an authorized service center designated by our company. Technicians will perform a comprehensive inspection and carry out any necessary repairs (excluding damage caused by human error or non-manufacturing defects).
After 7 days of purchase: Customers may submit a repair request through the official mobile app, or visit our designated inspection points for evaluation. Once the application is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a professional inspection and subsequent processing (relevant fees will be calculated separately based on the actual condition of the product).
