Enjoy complimentary repair and inspection service. Customers are required to bring the warranty sticker, original purchase invoice, and the product inquestion to our authorized service center. Technicians will conduct a comprehensive inspection and perform necessary repairs (excluding damages caused by human error or non-manufacturing defects).
After 7 days after purchase:
Customers may submit a repair request via the official mobile application (App)
or visit our designated inspection points in person for assessment. Upon
approval of the application, professional inspection and subsequent handling
will be arranged (fees will be assessed based on the actual condition).
