Thank you for purchasing from Leader Radio Technologies (or Weareready.hk). If you register your product online, you will get extra three months of local maintenance service. Please note the following terms and conditions for the maintenance service:
- The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. If you get a replacement unit under warranty, the applicable period still counts from the original purchase date. Please properly keep your proof of purchase, like invoice, receipt or the boxes to prove your product was purchased from an authorised channel and the date of purchase. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse service or count your warranty period from the date of manufacture. All products carry a warranty period of 1 year (except Theragun Pro series which carries 2 years warranty). If the warranty period is over, due to the lack of materials, no maintenance will be provided whether paid or without pay.
- Please fill out the registration form with the accurate information. If there is a discrepancy between the information you provided and the product / invoice information, we have the right to refuse warranty. If the product is out of stock or no longer manufactured, or is already over 5 years from the manufacture date, we have the right to replace your product with a comparable product. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any monetary refund.
- Our warranty service is only applicable to the main body of the product, when it is unable to function due to material or manufacture defects. The accessories or gifts that came with the product (including ear plug, hook, user manual, etc) are not covered by warranty.
- Our warranty service is applicable to products purchased from us or our authorised dealers, and the products are located within Hong Kong. We do not cover products that are being taken away from Hong Kong after purchase.
- The following conditions are not within the scope of maintenance* Appearance has worn and cracks, broken or broken wires, bent plugs, disassembly and modification. * External factors such as natural disasters, lightning strikes or large water jets causing water erosion. * Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or parallel imported products or products purchased from overseas. * If after checking by our service centre staff the products are found with no faults or defects, the products will be returned to the user and will not be replaced.
- This warranty is provided in Hong Kong only. We do not provide international warranty. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Leader Radio Technologies Limited is final and conclusive.
