Hello customers, the Poly (Plantronics) brand of products will have new after-sales service arrangements with immediate effect. Customers may submit their application for product repair directly on the MyHPSupport portal. First you will need to register as a member on the portal. From there you may then submit a repair application. Poly will arrange pick up and exchange of your defective unit(s) within 1-2 working days under normal circumstances. Customers may also track their progress on the portal. This new improved process aims to lessen customers’ hassle of coming and waiting at service centers.
