1. The maintenance period is 1 year local maintenance from the date of purchase. Customers must keep the invoice and packaging box to enjoy the maintenance service. Please keep your invoices for at least 1 year. (* Only Theragun PRO series comes with 2-year local warranty)
2. Please fill in the correct information in the registration form. We can avoid warranty claims if incorrect details are entered.
3. This warranty only covers the product body and does not include consumable parts (earplugs, ear hooks, manuals, etc.) that come with the product.
4. Warranty only covers products purchased from our authorized dealers and in Hong Kong only.
5. The following conditions are not within the scope of maintenance* Appearance wear and cracks, broken or broken wires, bent plugs, disassembly and modification. * External factors such as natural disasters, lightning strikes or large water jets causing water erosion. * No faults or defects detected. This anomaly is caused by an external device. * Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or parallel imported products or products purchased from overseas.
6. This warranty only applies to Hong Kong. The brand does not provide a global guarantee and the content is subject to change without prior notice.
